Booking Terms & Conditions
Deposit terms: 25% deposit due at time of booking
8 weeks prior to your arrival date, we will contact you to request the remaining 75% balance
If a booking is made within 8 weeks (56 days) of your arrival date, we will contact you at the time of booking to request the full payment
We strongly recommend that you book your ferry before confirming your booking at Seashell Cottage or The Admiral’s House.
Prior to booking, the Guest needs to contact the Owner to confirm the number of dogs

Seashell Cottage
£1695 per week. Shorter stays available (please use calendar below to check price, availability & book).
Duration of stay can be for min 3 nights up to 14 nights (or more…).
Check-in: 16:00 hrs onwards (self-check in)
Check out: Before 10:00 hrs
Up to 6 guests (max Scottish Self-Catering License)
Pets: Max 2 dogs at a charge of £50/dog
The Admiral’s House
£1495 per week. Shorter stays available (please use calendar below to check price, availability & book).
Duration of stay can be for min 3 nights up to 14 nights (or more…).
Check-in: 16:00 hrs onwards (self-check in)
Check out: Before 10:00 hrs
Up to 4 guests (max Scottish Self-Catering License)
Pets: Max 1 dog at a charge of £50/dog, Admiral’s House DOES NOT have a dog secure back garden. The front garden is secure
